Steak & Everything

This is a family favorite, great quick meal after a long day! You can substitute any of the caned items for fresh and add or subtract any of the ingredients to make it your own. You can also substitute the steak and everything for ground beef. Makes great left overs as well!

Cook Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 4+

Ingredients:

  • (1 lb.) Steak & Everything Meat

  • (1 small can) Sliced mushrooms

  • (1/4 lb.) Grated sharp cheddar cheese

  • (1/4 lb.) Grated mozzarella cheese

  • (1 chopped) Green pepper

  • (1 chopped) Onion

  • (1 small can) Green chillies

  • (2 diced) Tomatoes

  • (1 package) Hoagie rolls

Directions:

Cook Steak and Everything Meat in a frying pan on medium heat, add onions, chillies, mushrooms and green peppers. cook until meat is browned and then drain off fat. Just before serving, add cheese and tomatoes(optional). Serve on a toasted hoagie roll.
