OUR BEEF STORY:
Everything we eat has a story. The story of our beef is relatively simple. About 7 generations ago our family started working the ground and raising cattle. Our dad, David, spent his life curating his cattle until they were what he considered a perfect herd. Today we have an amazing herd of Black Angus cattle. We raise our cattle locally and they are all grass fed and free-range.

When you buy directly from the rancher you have first hand knowledge of where the meat comes from. You can even come visit during our festivals and learn about our ranch.
Because we feel a responsibility to our customers, we only sell our best beef to our customers. At our ranch we don't use any hormones or antibiotics. When we make hamburger we use the whole animal instead of just the unmarketable cuts that are leftover. Some places market this as ground chuck or ground sirloin. Here we even grind the prime rib - this makes our ground beef extra delicious!
Another important aspect of having a friend in the ranching business is it cuts out the middle man. It's great for both of us!
